I got these all over my hands and on my toes for my 49th birthday and I don't think it's seasonal because I'm 51 now. I've gone to several Dermatologists and everything makes it worse. Physical stress to the hands or feet cause immense flair ups, emotional stress causes mediocre flair ups, and steroid creams and water make it 10 times worse. I can no longer do anything without constant pain and when the blisters come to the surface, it turns the skin into an almost calcified solid state making it difficult to feel anything.
