When I eliminated all sugar my feet stopped itching within 48 hours. I would itch so bad that I would break the skin. No pills necessary

OMG! I have been dealing with this new problem of itchy palms and feet for almost a month now. It’s been driving me crazy to the point of tears and anger because the itching is so uncontrollable at times.

I’ve been re-searching everywhere and couldn’t find out any answers. I didn’t want to go to the doctors either to have them only guess what is wrong with me by putting me on different medications and only making my problem probably worse. They will think it’s a surface level problem.

Then I remembered….I love Dr. berg, so I decided to look it up from his videos and Yep! I know for a fact, my gallbladder has issues, sludge, etc. I did a gallbladder detox, and cleanse by Dr. Schultz, the Herb Doc many years ago and it helped me save my gallbladder from being removed. I think I’m due for another detox and some Keto. I hope you all get your relief too! 💪🏼🙏🏼

My left foot, bottom center, gets so itchy sporadically, usually late evening. It kinda feels like it’s itchy from the inside out, even though scratching the surface feels good. It’s always kinda odd when it starts up, seemingly out of nowhere, but when I think of it, it does seem to be related to when I’m eating more poorly or having a less healthy preceding time. My scalp gets itchy semi-often as well, not sure if it’s related, but according to this video it may be. I’ve had a dozen or so times of gallbladder stabbings over the past several years (but haven’t had since I’ve started meditating), so I do wonder and think you’re onto something here! Thanks for the helpful insight!

I know Dr. Berg is right. When my girlfriend was pregnant, she got problems with her liver (sluggish). She could not sleep at night because of severe itching all over the body. The "remedy" for her was lukewarm - almost cold - water in a bathtub where she sat as long as she could without looking as a raisin... I have no doubt whatsoever that a sluggish liver and gall bladder problems (bile) causes itching. This video tells the truth!

I have a doubt instead of popping pills for everything. . is it not possible by eating right food and doing it naturally ?

Hello Dr Berg and thank you. The itching I am so troubled with is on the upper feet, from the toes back to the arches, and the outside of the shins. Incidentally, I had my gall bladder removed about 8 years ago. Any help you can give would be so appreciated!

OmG, I have been searching for this answer for almost 15 years! The bottom of my feet have been itching from the inside out so badly that I 'sleep itch' meaning in the middle of the night i will scratch and scratch my feet without even waking up fully. I don't recall doing so until I see the skin torn and bloody. It's become a nightmare, and all the creams prescribed have done nothing to help. However, in early July, gave up sugars and sugar producing foods entirely, and have been off alcohol for a few years now (except for maybe 3 glasses of wine a year). I've been off starches and sugars before, and it hasn't made a difference, but somehow this time I noticed my feet stopped itching!

I went in for my annual wellness checkup with a my new Doctor, and he ordered the usual tests. The liver results were high as well as my hdl lowered and ldl higher. Yesterday, I had an ultrasound of my belly, and new blood work done. Waiting on the results now. This video may very well be the answer I've been looking for! As soon as I get my next social security check I'm going to order your formula! I am also going to forward this video to my doctor right away.

I will write an update when I have more information and once I've been taking your formula for a while. My doctor is reviewing the test results now. This is quite timely to get this video today!

Oh my god. . Dr.Berg is ocean of knowledge. I recently got my whole abdomen MRI for issues related to gastritis, acidity, reflux after i was diagnosed with H. Pylori (endoscopy)

My right foot used to itch, still does. The only finding in MRI was "Gall Bladder Sludge".

Hello! An immunologist told me that my body produces too much histamine. I have GERD, SIBO, and IBS. Doing the low FOD-map diet. Is that enough? Love all your videos thank u!!

itchy palms and soles, fibromyalgia, and histamine intolerance in the past year--three different symptoms, but found all of your videos tie these to gallbladder.

Why not just do a gallbladder cleanse? The first one I did got 90% or so gone.
Also think most people don't fast to give their internal organs time to heal.
I like how you always suggest a life change in diet. If people would just eat healthy most if not almost all ailments would disappear. Love you sharing your wisdom Dr. Berg.

The bottoms of my feet and palms of my hands itch, not always at the same time. I had my gallbladder removed years ago.

I think you're on to something Dr Berg, my Dr gave me Beta tcp plus that has the bile salts I've been taking it for over a month and I haven't used my zyrtec for my year round mold, dust allergies. I used to take one daily and I haven't taken one in about three weeks now. The vertical lines are clearing up in a few of my nails too. It's amazing how important bile is in our body processes. I still get an itchy back when I'm driving some times... Know it's something with the cold weather but that's the least of my worries.
