I used to get these from severe stress. It cleared up on its own when I left my abusive ex-husband…

I get these every summer. Nothing to do with fragrance or soap, but (for me at least) everything to do with humidity and contact-allergy ✌🏻

FINALLY someone addresses this! It’s so annoying to get and not be able to know what it is and how to calm it down! Thank you.

Had these since 2021 after Covid shot. Cerave cream worked for me and used Palmolive Dishwashing soap when I wash my dishes. It’s gone now. Try to have a stress free life, it’ll help! I know you can’t avoid stress but live with it and learn how to cope from your stress.

This rash is excruciating at times. I’ve had it my entire life. Stressful seasons are the worst.

I get those sometimes, usually when I'm stressed... Been a long while since I last had them, thankfully.

As others here have said, I got this really bad when I was stressed. I dealt with it for YEARS and completely disappeared and never came back after cutting off my toxic family 😌

I get those during summer on my fingers 😭 and after that it peels off into new skin

I get these on and off throughout the month, I think it has to do with my hormones fluctuating. When I first started getting them it was really really bad and that was definitely related to my stress levels, but then I went through a breakup and changed my work environment and they’ve improved a lot.

I had the third version as a kid and adult. It comes and goes. My hands would sweat and peal a lot and red bumps. I started working in a deli and wore rubber gloves and that seemed to help for some reason. But to be honest I got addicted to drugs. Opiates and benzodiazepines. And it went away completely until I got clean. For years I never had it. Completely forgot about it. Then about a month after getting clean my hands started itching and pealing again. I’ve always had high anxiety and that would make my hands sweat. So I think the drugs masked the anxiety so my hands didn’t sweat and then my skin just cleared up. But I’m not really sure. I’ve heard that the way my hands were could be from an overactive immune system. So maybe the drug’s slowed down my immune system. But yeah idk. That’s just my experience. I will say definitely don’t develop multiple pill addictions to deal with itchy hands. You’re far better off with itchy hands.
