Well done, you managed to boost Putin's support to Russia to the record level ever at over 80%..well done, well done...as for sanctions - effective is probably ZERO, as the country is poor anyway and has nothing to lose so much plus alternatives are all over the world....they have food and energy, which is enough to survive on the other side, western community people should now prepare to live much less comfortable...

Sanctions against Russia also have positive aspects in Russia, their production facilities are opening and new jobs are appearing in the west, sales markets are shrinking and jobs are being cut.

New York (CNN Business) McDonald's exit from Russia is costing it a lot of money — and food.
The company announced last month that it would temporarily close its restaurants in Russia because of the country's invasion of Ukraine. It also closed restaurants in Ukraine. Those shutdowns cost McDonald's $127 million last quarter.

🇬🇧Enjoy your meal.

More than 10, 000 pubs and restaurants may close in the UK due to rising prices.

According to the Daily Mail, the inflation in the restaurant business in the United Kingdom ranges from 13% to 17%

Already, about 20 thousand enterprises are operating below the break-even point due to inflation, rising energy prices and rent increases.

We need more sanctions.

What is wrong with the first sanction to Russia...by 3/1/2022 1 dollar ~ 100 rubles... today 5/10/2022 1 dollar = 69.8 rubble. Rubble has more buy power

I don't know about Russia and I don't really care. What I do know is that the sanctions are most certainly working on my family. A working family with a family business receives a devastating blow and I can remember the recession of the 70's. Our car is parked. Our business has been reduced by 40%. Yeah, it's great according to all those who work directly or indirectly for the .gov.
