Russia-Ukraine conflict: How effective are sanctions against Russia?

Western countries are slamming Russia with new sanctions for invading Ukraine.

The U.S. led the charge, with American sanctions cutting off Russian banks from the global financial system, by freezing hundreds of billions of dollars in Russian assets.

The moves were also backed by similar announcements in the United Kingdom, and other nations across Europe.

But will they really make a difference? Jeff Semple explains the doubts, and why some possible measures could bring consequences for Western nations.

At this point, and because I’m making this comment I would go.

But the only thing now that can do anything, with Pakistan’s pipe line and chinas unlimited money credit card. The only thing that can save Ukraine is if humanity arises to face evil in the face. And hold it down. They have to fight, if not Ukraine is a part of history, with a final chapter and the only thing that will survive are the legends survives speak of this once land that was filled with life got erased by death and pain for the cause of nothing but greed, hate and intolerance. Leaders that lead in the way of fearing human progress.
