This full body workout is only 20 minutes but will have you sweating and feeling great as you are doing a Tabata workout. Mixing Tabata into a dumbbell workout always goes down really well with my clients so I know you will love this workout!

I am using 3 sets of weights in this dumbbell Tabata workout so I suggest a few sets of weights so you can get the most out of each exercise!
