Do this awesome, in-home, total body Tabata workout! No equipment necessary! It's a 20 minute workout that can be done anytime and I promise you, it will get your blood flowing and your heart pumping!

This is a full length video that you can do with me from start to finish. I offer progressions and regressions and talk you through it. If at anytime you need to take a break you can always pause it!

Lastly, do this 2x-3x a week and focus on improving each time you do it OR check out my other bootcamp/workout style videos! Lets GO!!!

Squats
Plank Knee Touch
Jumping Jacks
Bicycle Crunch

this was surprisingly super easy maybe because of the breaks. i love this workout because it gets ur heart rate up and makes u sweat but also it gives u just enough time for u to perform ur best throughout the entire workout. ps. this was homework from my gym teacher

Thank you, Dave, for getting me back into shape during the pandemic. Been doing this workout for little over a month and today I completed all four rounds at your pace. Not bad for a 57 year-old woman, ha! ha!. Looking forward to upping my game with more of your Tabata workouts. Keep fit my fitness friend.

Been doing this workout now for over a year. I substitute the squats with dumbbell press/squats and I do a tricep pushup instead of the plank toe touches. By now I've added two other types of jumping jacks as well as bridges instead of the bicycle crunches. But the length and timing of the exercises is spot on.
