Point number four is kinda tricky. I realized consuming too much culture and profound or philosophical books was actually taking its toll on me. I tend to become overwhelmed too. Sometimes I wish I wouldn’t have been so keen on reading since nowadays i feel stuck in my head.

Actually thought getting “dumber” is bliss, as opposite to the never satisfied and tortured thinker.
