The few times I tried Tai Chi I felt the flow of energy in my body moving from within my being. I felt the presence in my hands and it tingled as I made the movements. I hope to have more discipline in the future and commit to this 100%. It changes you for the better.

I started with taekwando in my 20's, didn't quite fit. Tried Tai Chi shortly after. It was working, but not quite as indepth as I had hoped for.

20 years later, finally getting in depth -- REALLY in depth with Tai Chi, I'm finally seeing improvements even after 3 months.

I’ve realized in a world of going fast and getting things done. It’s a skill to be able to balance and move slow, with control over strength. I’m searching for a way to find strength in grip, slow movements and a way to have control over the small movements in life. Like trying to draw the perfect circle slow enough that a single twitch is not possible. I want to be able to hold my arms and legs still without feeling them ache to just move in the smallest way. Being able to move slow should give me better control of my faster movements no?
