You get the muscle memory very quickly. And when you're not following the video, pretty soon, you notice how you can now pay more attention to what's around you because you don't even need to think about what you're doing. I've never experienced anything like it before. When it's a warm breezy day or evening, you can start to feel your breath and the wind becoming one and the same, which of course really they are, we just don't notice it.

This is the beginning of my second week doing your Beginners
Tai Chi. Thank you so very much, for doing these videos. This practice has helped me so much already! I have never done Tai Chi before. I have been struggling with a knee injury for 2 plus months. Unable to exercise. Limping. In pain. Primarily muscle pain. I began with Module 1 for 1 week. Just began this module yesterday. Amazingly, I am no longer limping. The muscle pain is significantly less. I was actually able to go for a walk twice this week. This program is awesome!!! Again, Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much! I love everything about this.
