Hii pratik... Actually this is a case where the company doesn't have any "named" promotor...

According to company's act, promotor is a person who has been named in prospectus or is named so in company's annual report.

In case of these companies, neither of the 2 is done as they are wholly managed by professionals and there is/are no particular persons who support the entire company. It's just a group of professionals.

Thus your statement, "Promotors have to sell" is partially incorrect, as there were no Promotors since the very start...

I said partially coz yes, sometimes they do sell their stake and give the control entirely to professionals, and then, next time... They do not name themselves in the annual report

Edit- Even a person with control over company/BOD is also a promotor... But as they are professionally managed, this point doesn't apply, and thus i didn't specify it above.

Trading in top of the line companies is easy, Put some details for Nifty 100 and 150.

Companies like Hdfc, bajaj auto, britania are best and professionally managed company but if you see last 5 or 10 years CAGR growth then you will be disappointed. Don't invest if cagr growth is below 15-18% for long term👍
