18-Year-Old Man Tased by Police After Caught Vaping

Disturbing video shows a man being tased after he was caught vaping. Police in Ocean City, Maryland, say they approached a group of men on the boardwalk who were vaping outside of a designated area. As the men were leaving, police say they observed one of the men vaping again and addressed the violation. They say he became disorderly and began to resist arrest, but video appears to show him put his hands in the air before being tased. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more. #InsideEdition

This is the same PD that gave me a citation for "sleeping in a car" when i had just been laying in my seat waiting for my dad to come back. They came back to rip up the citation after realizing I was only 17.

This guy didn’t put his hand behind his backpack, they clearly can see his hand while he was attempting to take off his backpack . There was no resistance from the guy being detained. The Officer was eager to pull the trigger.

I know some will argue he was just going to remove his backpack, but I'm sure the police told him to put his hands straight up in the air or keep them where they can see his hands. Reaching for anything other than the sky is a big no-no. Failure to follow direct orders.
