Okay I made these, it worked, I made only with orange juice, little sugar for taste and orange essense, with China grass (agar agar grass) they didn't have those thin layer effect and juicy inside when they pop! These were more like fruit pearls, still fun! Will try it again with powdered agar agar and see if it makes a difference!
