In this shorts video we will factor a quadratic to solve a problem. We will draw and label a picture to represent the problem. We will use a square to model perfect squares and support factoring a quadratic. This quadratic is a perfect square quadratic in the form (a + b)(a + b). We will identify the first and last terms as perfect squares and use our table or square to find the missing term b. An exemplar solution is modeled and explained.
