Just your hobbyist runner training for a Sub 5 minute mile. I want to achieve the 5 minute mile in a way for the achievement but its real goal is to get me running faster at faster paces than normal. I want this training to improve my 5k & 10k times to carry over to hopefully run a 2:52 at my next marathon.
