Nice Video Ethan, you have good strides.
If you can talk after an 800m run your not pushing your self above your aerobic threshold which means less gains.

I prefer you would have done 4 x 800m runs with 6 minutes rests and you give it your all. Your hamstrings and glute muscles need to feel that burning sensation.
