Thanks for detailed mile repeats info and relating it to your 5k time. Last week I did 4*1mile with 45sec JOG, in 6:49, 6:45, 6:32, 6:29 + 10min JOG + 4*300m with 60sec JOG in 69, 66, 62, 60sec. And this weekend I am targeting 5K TT. Do you think I should target sub-20min(6:25min/mile) or what would be the apt pace as per you?
