I've looked up sacony jazz trainers but they all have a larger heel drop than yours in the video. Any idea if these are a specific type ? Still on topic with calf/achilies health!

Quick question: Would you recommend doing this drill with or without shoes?
I usually like/prefer to do my lower limb (banded) mobility drills without shoes - gives me more proprioception & 'context', and sometimes a bit more mobility/flexibility/range...

Take that knees over toes guy, gonna have to try this. My ankles are super stiff, I’ve been spraining them since I was 6 and cycle and run a lot so that doesn’t help things.
