I phone sky today and arrange for mine to be returned, and i have reverted to my previous skyQ package. To many issues with sky glass at the moment, sky were great swopped me back with no problem and i was back up and running on my previous skyQ package within 1 hour. Thumbs up to you sky, might try again in about 2yrs by then all the issues should have been sorted

We are contemplating sending Sky Glass back as the playlist is a total nightmare, with the latest episodes being at the end of the many available. Our TV as also frozen twice. Thanks for the video.

My glass is being replaced next week, kept losing sound and we had the screen saver come in the middle of watching a program. Also lost all channels the other day and go only use Apps

It's Premier Sports channels and La Liga channel that is missing which is part of Sky Sports Extra Pack in Rep of Ireland - When Sky Glass launches in Rep of Ireland this might be fixed when launched- UK Premier Sports channels is a separate Subscription to BT Sports- When Sky Glass launches in Rep of Ireland UK getting Premier Sports and La Liga on Sky Glass might be fixed then

I was advised only yesterday (Thursday, , ) that the BBC regions should be in the 900s. Someone from Sky told me that. So I do find it rather odd that they are not there at present.

I also noticed numbers starting at 1 as well as 101. I presume the low numbers are your favourites? Would I be right? Thanks again.😊

Thanks for the listings. Will hold off sky glass for now as a few channels i watch that arent on it yet and not being able to record things is a negative at moment.

Not wishing to be included, how can they be missing, they were never included in the outset. This is a different package to others, hence the included items. It would be like saying there is no TV included in the Sky Q package!!

I love my sky glass really easy to use and don’t see the big issue people are having with the playlists, as for some channels missing I don’t really mind cause of the 900ish on sky q most of them were crap anyway. People just need to understand this is new and there will be issues for a few months and like I have said before sky will sort. Thanks for the video by the way👍

What they don't mention is when it says live that is not actually live. Streaming is delayed a couple of minutes for buffering. So if you watch BBC Breakfast, you'll notice the time isn't correct.

There loads of music channels missing plus all plus 1 channels

We sent ours back after two weeks to many glitches
Loss of sound then loss of channels having to reboot every time
Will give it another go in a year
