Use the voice control button and speak into the microphone beneath the Sky logo to navigate directly to the "TV guide" or "Home". Access recent channels, apps, and shows by scrolling left on your home screen, where you’ll also find connected HDMI devices. In the TV Guide, press ‘Left’ to view channels by category and hold ‘Right’ to jump ahead up to 7 days. While watching live TV, see what's on now and next, or browse other channels. Use play and pause to control playback, press left to rewind, right to fast-forward, and hold left or right to skip parts of a show. Manage your account and view your bill in 'My Sky'.

Hi Sky,

I left Sky a few months ago and want to rejoin with Sky Q as I don’t want Sky stream however sky Q isn’t available on your website.

Wow these are slow and have a mine of their own. Had to restart the puck 5 times before it would work. Installed the latest softwarem its hardly like its easy to install at all. It is now hanging on updating puck 100% and took about 20 minutes to restart the puck.
