Finally Sky you have realised that you have access to many more potential customers vi a streaming service and not relying on antiquated Sat dishes. Thanks!! Now we just need access to all Sat dish based programs and maybe look at a better price.

I had the same issue re the remote not working. I opened thr battery compartment up and a small part of the factory paper was sitting between the battery and the terminal. The paper strip they put in to stop it working in transit. I pulled that out and the remote was already paired

It’s not exactly as easy as this video made out it to be. It took me ages to work out how to open the remote control as paper was stuck in there, then I had issues with connecting the remote and then it also took me ages to get around the sound thing because it kept telling me to link speakers I didn’t have. Managed to get it to work eventually, but I feel like I’ve aged into an elderly woman just from the whole process

You missed the part where in order for the remote to work initially you have to push down 4 & 6 until your fingers bleed.

How do you move the cursor up and down to connect to WiFi on setup .I do not have Sky broadband

they are fitting my full fibre into my flat now . sky stream all ready to connect . hope it is as easy as this .

Despite what you say Mr Rye, it really ISN'T as easy or intuitive as you make out. I had a real struggle with my set-up and you have missed out the most CRUCIAL bit !!! How do you set up the password etc., BEFORE the remote has been linked to the Puck? Having overcome that eventually by managing to link the remote first, before the set-up completed, people need to know that you have to give a good long press on the buttons on the remote. On mine, there was no little LED light I could see that told me the signal from the remote was being read by the puck, so I had to reset the remote numerous times. I got to the point where the screen message said somethying like "Your Remote is now linked" but try as I might, pressing the Continue button made no difference. I got there in the end after a lot of frustration. Going through the various sections of the Home screen I looked for Youtube (which I use the most on my PC). Having selected Youtube on the tv, the screen went blank. So far, I haven't found a way to make this work. And I shouldn't have to mess about like this. IT SHOULD WORK and gives a poor impression to a new customer. I suggest you re-make this video, or make a new one which covers the various difficulties.

I just got two of these neither of them work. The controls don’t effect the pucs so I can’t select the Wi-Fi and use them. What a result for 150 quid and 78 quid a month. No human customer service except in sales and only bots on Twitter..

Seriously. Im reading all those comments and surely there must be a guide somewhere. I’ve been trying most of the tips everyone put in here and still doesn’t work😒🙄so frustrating!!!what was the easy part here cause I still havent figured out how this thing works😣

It's good you can set it up yourself, but why is the setup fee so high ? Surely it should be free.

I did all this as said above it came on great except that I've got issues with constant out of sync audio

New stream subscriber. At first I was over the moon but now add breaks become a continuous loop of the same adds. How long will this continue before if gets resolved.
