Just how good is aftermarket coil spring WP suspension? We compare it to KYB, Showa and WP AER air

Always fancied some seriously cool aftermarket suspension for your dirt bike but wasn't sure just what a difference it might make?
We put the latest WP kit to the test on Kawasaki, Honda and KTMs to see just how good it is.
Riding on the all-new Oxford Moto Parc track, MotoHead's Dave Willet rode the bikes in stock form then tried the WP XACT cone valve spring forks, and Supertrax rear shock on all the bikes.
And he also tested the more affordable cartridge damper kit and spring fork conversion for the WP AER forks on the KTMs as well as a rear shock bladder conversion.

I have the Xact pro shock and 6500 cartridge kit. I highly recommend them! The shock is worth it’s weight in gold. 👍🏻

Good work Dave, a really down to earth and honest appraisal, thanks.

I don't mean any disrespect because Dave Willet is a great rider. Let's talk about the " other suspension ", your feet and ankles ! Watching every clip of riding the bikes by Dave, not once did l see him riding on the balls of his feet ! He rode the bumps and rollers flat footed on his arches over the pegs ! I found it incredible that a rider of his caliber to be doing this. I hope Dave would review the footage and look closely at his foot position on the pegs, and try practicing the proper technique on the pegs. 😵‍💫☺️
