It's fully cooked but still juicy. You can overcook it if you like it that way.

It's like the beer-can method but better and without wasting a beer. The heat comes up through the inside so size matters less. Internal temp is always a better way to measure doneness.

Best way there is to cook a whole chicken. The only thing I do different is the oven temp...I start off at 450 and after fifteen minutes of cooking, I dial it back down to 350

can you make a video on how to use it in smoker? I have a elec smoker I'm not sure what temperature to set. My smoker wont go above 275

It's nuraman00 from ChowHound. Where are your recipes for your seasoned salt and seasoned pepper? I printed them out in 2012 (and still have them). But I can't find the website where I originally got them from. I keep getting redirected to YouTube.

I'd guess that was probably about four pounds. Size is largely irrelevant with this method.
