Always use jack stands. Very few crush injuries are caused by hydraulic failure but rather the vehicle slipping off the jack. Stay safe.

Most jack related accidents is usually because the jack slid and not because cylinder gave out… iv known a dude who had an old ford on a shop jack in his back yard uncovered for 2 years, jack held fine…

Always set it on a jack stand and then put the jack under there too just in case

I love how everyone is advertising a product that costs double of what a pair of jack stands costs.

Is that a jack rod in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?😂

I’ve used a bottle jack on slanted land, nearly learned the hardest way from under the 2006 Nissan Titan I own and since then I’ve made an effort to learn about safety first. Get the jack stand, flat even land and away from puddles of anything. Stay safe yall 🫂

A solution to a problem we never had ! Jack stands have been working fine since 1968, this is the automotive equivalent of an automatic paper towel dispenser!

It can still roll. I don't think I would trust my life with that

That’s a LOT of faith, hope and trust on that

Using another Jack to support a Jack. Genius

Great idea, but it can still roll. Maybe put some chocks or a better way to secure the jack in place. Otherwise, still safer to use planted jacks in place of the rolling jack.

When you’ve run out of tools to buy and need to spend money

Yeah, no thanks, I’ll stick to jack stands which are actually rated for the weight I’m lifting and don’t have wheels on the bottom

Yeah I’m still using jack stands with that situation that jack looks shady as shit 😂

2 jack stands are just so difficult. Better stay on this one pivot point instead.

😳 Someone need to jack up the jack’s jack.

This is an awesome 4th point of failure idea! I would buy something like this. But only as a last point of failure.
2 is 1, 1 is none, 3 you can start working safely (assuming competence)

That rod where you’re placing your product is not rated for that kind of load.

I vote for this + sturdy jack stands. Redundant safety measures save lives!

I'll just save money and buy a jack stand.

Why are 90% of "new" products just fixing an issue that either already has a cheaper, easier fix or just doesnt exist?
