Excellent video. I was messing with my Pittsburgh 1.5ton (at least 15 years old) trying to fill it up and making a mess all over. After watching your vid I saw that my valve was also stuck. I used some penetrating oil and a pry bar and loosened it up. Then I was able to fill it, bleed it and get it back to normal operation. All is good. Thanks for the tips.

Awesome video. Quick question, when you were pumping before putting oil, wasn’t there enough oil already? They tell you not to overfill it and I assumed when release pressure is open, and when you pump and the fluid moves, it means it’s enough. I could be wrong.

Gr8 vid, I went to go jack my my truck and it would go up. After further investigation found that it needed some oil and same. Piston was stuck.
