When I realized that my procrastination was a result of me not loving myself everything changed. When u don’t love yourself truly u struggle to show up for yourself in every way possible. Look at all the things u wish for that u haven’t been able to accomplish.. at the root of it all it’s because u struggle to show up for yourself. Once I made the commitment to be disciplined no matter my feelings that day things changed drastically

Going to start simply walking. At least a few times a week. I want to jumpstart my fitness and live somewhere where it’s very hot so walking and getting up early regularly is some thing I can do to build consistency. Because that’s ultimately what I need more than anything consistency and discipline. I’m applying pressure.
