I always recommend to do it. Specially on a new platform that will help with stability issues and fixes for it. If you follow the appropriate steps it isn't too much of a problem

I only recommend to do it if ur having issues with ur motherboard or u installed new hardware in and it's not reading it but if ur having no issues don't do it. Only do it if u know how to do it. It's scary.

I have an asus b550 WiFi II and the website doesn’t say anything about incredible bios updates. Can I just update to the latest one? Or do I need to go through each update

I tried to update my windows 10.

Update hung for two hours with no change. I left pc and went to sleep. 7 hours later, pc still running but screens were black and mb code read b6. Windows won’t boot and bios won’t load; screens stay black. What should I do?

I have an x570 Aorus Elite rev 1.0, and updated my BIOS. It worked fine all day the day I did it (yesterday), then now today the GPU was acting like it's dying (colored artifacts in parts of the image), or not being detected, and now it's fine again. Any thoughts? I have a 5800x3D and RTX 3080 coming in, and wanna make sure I didn't fuck anything up before I replace my current parts. Windows would also BSOD loop and start in safe mode (the bluescreen code indicates that there was an issue with a program or driver).
