I recently started taking an estrodial patch which I change twice weekly and one tenth of a 1 percent testosterone gel packet daily. My hot flashes and night sweats have mostly disappeared after about 2 weeks. I still have some brain fog after 5 weeks but not as bad. I am hoping it will help me build some muscle while I try to lose weight.

I just started my hormones replacement therapy and I noticed that I have a lot more energy. I still have real bad, hot flashes and everything but I know it takes a while to get in your body, but I have plenty of energy. My mood has been OK so far I have no side effects as of yet, but I hope it helps
