I love you guys. I’ve been watching you guys for years, dealing with misdiagnosed sciatica and scoliosis but I finally got the actual, correct diagnose of facet arthritis in the lower back. Then, I typed the information in and got you guys again! Did the exercises and I felt the relief almost instantly without having to take pain relievers. I can’t. I can’t tell you how happy I am.

after years, as a broke young man, I now know where its coming from. the exercise of pushing up with my hands and going forward takes away the pain of bending forward, I will rehab my fact. thank yay so much

I'm 38 and I have had this for years. Finally I changed pain doctors, and he happened to be a rhuematologist too. I finally got diagnosed. I caused a bulging disc in 2008. Now we know the ablation works. I also use my hand for the belt technique. I'm going to try the belt though .
I also have fibromyalgia. For 19 years now

You guys are awesome, love the pagers!!! Ive got this wretched condition, had it six months. Its depressing and overcoming the mental impact is the hardest challenge. Living with chronic pain is hard and impacts your whole life. I cant stand the hot burning sensation is causes me, its so distracting.

It’s amazing how your body knows what you need: I do the belt move when I’m walking the dog off lead as I use the lead rather than the belt. I didn’t know why it helped - I do now.
