A better example would be using a credit card with a lower credit line and making that money work for small flips. Using an example with real estate and credit cards totaling 25k is not the average for black Americans and really everyone else so not easy to grasp and less actionable. Tell the people if they have a credit card for $500 and love shoes 👞 then buy kicks cheap, resale, the profit over time pays for the kicks. Boom 💥.

I love having access to Corporate Business Credit using ONLY just my company’s EIN .. I NEVER apply for anything using my SSN & DOB (PG) .. I’ve access as of right now about (3) $25k corporate business credit cards 💳 and adding MORE in the next couple of months and getting ready to get access to business term loans 💸 💵 ..
