Heather, you have evolved so much over the past few years. I love how your workouts are formatted. I love how you do a preview of what’s coming up so we have time to switch weights if needed. You also give us just the right amount of time between sets to switch weights, reset our mind real quick. Thank you for all these amazing free workouts!

Love these 25-30 min workouts with a warm up/cool down. This is the perfect amount of time for me to have a morning workout. I find that 40-45 mins is more time than this working girl has in the mornings. Great for the weekends though! Your workouts are THE BEST Heather.

Can I just say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Heather, for not editing out the parts where you show even you can struggle with completing all the exercises? I crapped out at about the 25sec mark into the 2nd set of mountain climbers (those are always a killer for me!), and then I looked up to see you also drop to your knees for a quick second before pushing on. I felt like quitting, but seeing that even an amazingly fit person finds it challenging gave me the push to keep going! I am an almost 43 yr old mom of 3, and have lost about 30lbs thanks to your awesome workouts!!!

My favourites are no repeats workout however I also enjoy supersets if limited to 2 exercises. Done for the day. Will do this tomorrow.
Thanks for making 30 minute versions. I honestly don’t have the time to go beyond it.
