The Surftace RT has a version of windows called Windows RT... it looks like windows 8 but it isnt the same operating system. Your RT tablet does not have an intel processor .. but an Arm processor .. it cant run windows 8 software, only software made for RT.

you need to re install flash player from within firefox ..
