Snapshot has existed in Windows for a very long time now (Ctrl + Prt sc), just the ability for it to store it as an image file immediately is new. Nicely done.

Does WindowKey+ArrowKey still snap a window to the direction of the arrow key?
In Windows 7, if you have a window open, pressing WindowKey+LeftKey, for example, will snap the window to the left side of the screen.

Alt + Tab is excellent too, but that's been there for a while. Also, despite many people saying that this is a bad OS, it's actually not bad at all. Very fast and efficient. It's just human nature for people not to accept change. I bet we'd laugh at the people who said no to something as cars when they came out and now we've learned to get used to it, it's the same with literally everything new.

can you control the Win 8 interface only with the arow keys? like moving through apps, open them and close?

It's an old one but still in Windows 8 control alt delete gives you option to sign out lock sleep

I'd say the biggest mistake is removing the ability to temporarily turn off the touchscreen from the release version. I'm dying for somebody to release an app to restore this functionality. The touchscreen screws with certain games, and in simply wiping down the monitor, you might close some apps or do other screwy stuff. I'd actually love a keyboard shortcut to toggle it. Also, that way there's no chance of dumb tablet users causing problems.

for me when I hit the windows button it opens up the tab on the bottom left like windows xp did : ( I don't know what I did also the charms don't show when mouse is in the top right and the things with the mouse on the top that doesn't work either.... please help me.

CTRL+C to Copy\
CRTL+X to Cut
and best of them all
CRTL+W to do the Hidden Shortcut to Increase your PC Memory!

Microsoft may seem like a mess but i assure you XBOX 360 and WP8 look to have a bright future. As for their desktop os, the only draw is software and game support. Once that dies down people will move to a much better desktop OS.
