What’s so beautiful about Scripture is the proof that it’s alive! Every false religion/heresy today has been addressed 2000 years ago through God’s inspired words.
Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
Malachi 3:6 “For I, the Lord do not change...”
There are 98 other verses that support that God is unchanging. Clearly God wants us to know that He does not progress.

This is great, thanks Alisa. THis increasingly important to understand post 2020. If people don't believe Jesus died and rose again they are as far or further from the truth than cults like JWs and LDS.
