I don't know if he's using an old version but, you can't open the old Disk Cleanup from your taskbar.
You actually need to right click on the folder you want to clean, hit properties, then Disk Cleanup.

You might want to bother the pop up when you are cleaning. If you have some bug issues or crashes on your windows you might want to restore it. But anyways its nice and clean video.
