Is it a good tactic to start let s say 12kg, do 2 reps, then 16kg another 2 etc up to the kg that is tiring, let s say a max 24kg or should that max weight have the most reps fpr most effectiveness?

I love this workout! I always gas out on the third rep, though. I should work on my breathing first before going pass 20kg KBs. More power to you good sir! 💪
