These reaction videos are game changers for real! I learn something new every time I watch one. Not to mention that I had no idea how many different techniques there are to know. S/O to all the experts in their field. The sweet science is why I am here. Thanks Boxing science!

Love to see an Usyk training methods review, he's got quite a bit of footage available online too. If you've already covered him and I've overlooked it, my apologies! Love these review tapes.

Dunno if one can really argue with all the "mistakes" here as it works for him and what he's specifically trying to achieve.

Love the motto - class

If everything Davis doing is wrong but he undefeated with the strongest punch in multiple weight classes what does that say about your credibility 🤔

the reason tank uses the suana all the time ISSS. cus when u have to drop water the day before lbs, ur body gets weak. You also have to train ur body to dehydrate . u wear the suite to train ur body to drop that water and to recover fast. if u dont train ur body, it well suffer the day of the fight.

Come on now. 1.2 times his body weight is not 90 kilos (198 lbs) Tank is a lightweight that fights at 135, 200 lbs on the bench press is higher then that. Max is irrelevant for a fighter. Tank is only 5'5'', he would need way more muscle mass then that to support a bench that high.

Strength and conditioning is good for boxing . Like doing road work, running hills, yes reps to do on weights but both amateur boxers and professional boxers only do a little lift weights not much . Boxing all cardiovascular, strength and conditioning, techniques to develop match strategy also.

I would love for your group to produce an athlete that can hit harder than gervonta doing correct versions of gervontas workouts.

Weight room doesn’t transfer to a faster or harder punch. It’s technique and genetics

Role of strength training in context of boxing is
1/ gain weight. Probs only time absolute force of punch may increase as you are moving more mass ensuring technique etc remain equal

2/ injury prevention/protection
