PLANTAR FASCIITIS GONE - YEARS OF PAIN

Показать описание
Years of feet pain had led Dino to travel up to Dublin to see me some months ago; I was shocked that Dino could barely walk up my stairs without pain.

Dino is a BJJ Black Belt and not only was this effecting his daily life he was struggling to train in BJJ.

We worked through the positioning of the feet, the spread of the toes to help with weight distribution while he walked and broke up scar tissue in the arches of the feet.

As always, every subscriber, like and share is really appreciated and if I can do anything to help you or you're struggling with an issue, please feel free to send me a DM or email me and il get back to you.

Enjoy!

I've had plantar fasciitis in both feet for over 20 years. Had surgery on the worse one last year because I couldn't take the pain anymore, other foot still hurts but is getting better.
Reading these comments helped me see I wasn't being "dramatic" about how much pain I was in. Thank you for sharing this.

Two things:
1.) I am so glad this guy was granted the gift of relief!!!
2.) Don't watch this WITHOUT headphones. Ppl WILL look at you funny and question your life choices.

It’s strange that while I sit here listening to grown men scream in agony...my brain is thinking I need that. Lol

As a former plantar fasciitis patient, I felt EVERY bit of pain and discomfort this man experienced all over again, great therapy sesh by the way.

For anyone who has suffered from this they will know how painful it is - just putting your feet on the floor first thing in the morning feels like someone is driving a nail into the sole of your feet.

I like how the therapist doesn’t get intimidated by the screams of the patient, he needs to do what he needs to do !

Thanks for this video!I have plantar fasciaitis in the arches of both feet....the growths were surgically removed. One was large egg sized, the other foot was large shooting mable sized, not regular marble sized. The doctor removed the growths along with extra fascia so it would have less of a chance of coming back. For those that think this man may be exaggerating his pain, I can just about bet he is extremely painful but so much better once delt with. I feel for anyone that has this. Mine they say it most likely came from decades of 12-14hr shifts on concrete along with hard motorcoss riding. I am much better off now but still have issues. I hope the patient recovered 100%!

Plantar fasciitis is the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. My stepdad is a pretty renowned physical therapist and he did massages on me like this - when I say it feels like someone has a knife in your foot digging it in, I really mean it. Insane pain…but it works and fixes what would otherwise be very painful for a long time

My heart breaks for this man who dealt with this pain, I never had it but to hear him cry like that and from the comments sections saying it hurts to even walk with this condition, it really puts something this small into a bigger perspective. I hope those who have it are able to cure it and those who are in treatment recover fast. 💜

I was obese and working at the hospital (so i was standing for 9-12hrs mostly) when i suffered from plantar fascitis. I could feel the guy's pain. It was excruciatingly painful most especially when you try to take the 1st step after standing up. Lost 20 kg and the pain went away.

I’ve been seeing my therapist 2 x a week for a month now. Me left leg / foot is way worse than my right. She massaged my calf muscle and wow I bruised for over a week. Then she massaged the arch of my foot and I felt her massing over a knot on my heel and WOW. I understand this man’s pain. I cried!!! I was to get up and leave but wow there’s less pain! She does a very great job. I feel terrible for him

I have suffered with this as well. It is very painful. After seeing/speaking with a physical therapist, they informed me that my hamstrings were a huge part of the problem. The tendons in your legs and feet will affect each other. I started doing stretching for both, and I am much better now

I had plantar fasciitis in both feet for about 6 months. Used a foot roller a couple times a day. Never as bad as this guy's, but it was quite painful in the morning. About as quickly as it came on, it went away. Haven't had an issue since.

This looks amazing. I don’t have PF but my lower back would rejoice with this work.

OMG! This would be heaven for me. I truly wish I could travel to see you. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis, have been dealing with it since my early 20’s. I have my husband massage my arch and all over to find pressure points. He’s always told me that pain turns me on or I get off on pain. I tried to explain to him that yes; it is painful but it also feels great at the same time like a sense of relief! I’m so happy that I came across your channel! My husband no longer looks at me like a pain freak. We both were very surprised to learn that a lot of the massage manipulations that you used in this video, I have had my husband doing for many years now. ❤️

That was incredible how quickly mobility was restored to the left foot.

My feet are the same, like flippers and lots of related lumber and glute pain.

I wish I could come and see you Adam, top work.
