Squats are a great exercise for legs but can sometimes be tough to start with! The sit to stand is great way to build leg strength and it's a little easier to get the form right! Adding a march after standing is a great way to build in some balance work too:)

If you press your feet into the floor, standing without arms becomes easier, I have found.

Just what I need. I’m from the uk and just about to turn 40 and to cut a long story short I’m falling to pieces 👀 I have a l5 bulging disc which presses on my nerve, I’ve had a torn miniscus removed from my right knee and have very little cartilage left, my left knee has a suspected torn miniscus an old ligament injury and a cyst, also I have a compressed ulnar nerve in my left arm. Over the last year I have lost about 25lbs I now weigh 12stone 12 lbs on a good day from 14 stone 8 lbs I have been doing different yoga style stretching and exercise with some planks ( where I got the trapped ulnar nerve I think) I now do some of your plank variations and within weeks my lower belly fat is shrinking( I have an upper 4 pack) hopefully now a six pack, I also do push ups 20-25 and some dumbbell work plus a hand grip. I have recently bought some bands after seeing your videos on strengthening the legs and butt.I would love for you to do a core and but/ leg strength video for someone like me. I can’t run and I can’t bend my right knee so I can’t sit on my feet if that makes sense. And that’s the short version 😂any reply/ help appreciated. love the Chanel
