exactly what i was looking for! i can't hear this song anymore but i need o train the reps. thank you for the arrows!!! it makes it easier for me to focus on my workout without being forced to listen to the music. Awesome!!!

Loved it! I have very little core strength, but am a bit more flexible. Needed strength training to support my flexibility. I tried to do along with you, but could only reach halfway through. Hoping to be able complete it without much difficulty one day. I loved this concept and your channel. Subscribed! Keep doing more of these.

That was really good! I did it along with you, but I had to take the easier road and bring my legs all the way up - just could not maintain constant tension like you did! Could you do something like that for upper abs too, like sit-ups or v-ups?
