one thing to always remember, while considering anyone's opinion of you, is that it is more often than not a projection of their insecurities and inner thoughts. very few people know how to truly evaluate a person (thereby, form a correct opinion of them) without involving their emotions or insecurities. so for example, if someone (even if they're very close to u) tells you you're dramatic eventhough you've never thought of yourself to be that way; there's a good chance it's a projection. it's always healthy to recieve constructive criticism from the people you trust but always do so with a grain of salt. next time you take someone else's opinion too seriously, remind yourself of this!
