Want to work on improving the strength of your arch? Try these exercises! Strengthening our arch comes from improving the strength of our intrinsic foot muscles (the small muscles on the bottom of our foot) as well as are extrinsic muscles (the muscles that support our ankle and our arch).

Doing exercises that target both muscle groups is 🔑

Holy cow… majorly collapsed arch here and have been searching for answers. Can’t squat with weight because my knee hurts so bad because of said collapsed arch. Just started the third stretch with the band and I feel like I have a new ankle/foot 😥

My parents made me do towel curls as a child. I hated them because my arch always cramped and "fell" immediately afterwards. Any tips on combating that?

I’ve always had pain in my feet as a kid. Eventually after enough moaning my parents took me to the doctors and they said I have “flexible flat foot” I was given insoles and told to wear them which I did. but as I’ve got older it’s spread to my knees and now even hips. I’m pretty sure my tibia or fibia has twisted too I’m only 25 :(. Would this exercise help me?

These exercises cannot change your feet, I think... but they are interesting to limit pain when "flat feet person" must be on plane surface (my case when I am dancing classic...)
