The only thing that I used different was skim milk instead of almond milk. The cook time was almost double. It was about 80 minutes. They turned out really good..

love the idea, but id call it a bell pepper shelled quiche rather than an omelette but thats just being picky :D awesome stuff mate

These were pretty good actually but I did have to bake them for 40 mins and then cut them in half and bake for another 40 mins. I guess I used really bug eggs or too much milk. Also, no bacon for me. I'll probably make them again because they were ridiculously easy to make.
