My Moms Stuffed Pepper Recipe🙏🏽

For 3 large bell peppers:

1 cup medium grain rice
Washed and soaked for 1 hour
2/3 lb ground beef
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1/3 cup water

1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp safflower or paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt

Cover in water
1/4 cup tomato paste
8 cloves of garlic Pounded with 2 tsp salt
2 lemons
2 tsp dried mint

As an Iranian my mom makes this at least once a month. Its called Felfel dolmei. So good

Wow! I have NEVER seen someone else use the exact same recipe that I was taught from my mom. She passed away & I miss her so but it's almost like me coming across this is a sign from her. I'm literally in tears. 💯❤️

In most of the balkans (specifically turkey, Greece, and Romania I’m sure they do) we make the same thing but with with some tiny differences and more often wrapped with lettuce instead, literally so amazing
