This one is the last video of our Bikini Body series.♥︎ This workout targets your total leg muscles - inner and outer thighs and calves. It helps you to slim, tone and shape your legs and get rid of cellulite. And we perform all exercises on the floor - so there are no squats, lunges or jumps included. Do this workout regularly to see the results quick. :)

I love training where you do one leg first and then the other because when you get halfway through you realize that it's difficult, you can't go back and you have to do it on the other leg too 😅

Oops even my strong legs are feeling the burn i can feel tighness in thighs already. Like these workouts work so much like i see my thighs transforming and can see the thighs toning and shaping goood keep going also guys im getting muscles in legs which i never got even with hard workout❤
