If an Alien were capable in entering of solar system, i imagine they would be capable of listening to all the RF noise coming from the little pale blue dot

At the time, because of an eccentricity in the orbits, Pluto was inside Neptune.

Correction! When I was in Grade School, we had a test question to name all the Planets, and I had forgotten the Planet Pluto and named "EIGHT PLANETS". THE TEACHER SAID THE ANSWER NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE PLANET "PLUTO"!

De Grasse's notion of the insignificance of the "3rd rock from the Sun" is belied by our own technology capable of noticing Kepler 452b (although I recall he had a different name for it), in Andromeda, which orbits in an inhabitable "Earth" zone.

I think that you are wrong in the thought that aliens would ignore the Earth, I think that they would look at all of the planets within the goldilock zone would be of interest.

And when they fly by, Earth is on the other side of the Sun.”Nothing to see here!”

Im pretty sure if a lifeform has the capability of travelling through space, they already understand where the "habitable zone" is in a solar system.
