I didn't have a Father growing up and I used to cry about it sometimes. Then as I got older I realized I had many Father figures who came into my life when it seemed I needed them. Now I go out of my way to be that any chance I get. One day may someone cherish the Man/Woman you were to them when your gone

Carl Sagan was the class of all class acts.

This applies everywhere. That is how a culture is created and developed. In work place, if you are treated badly by your manager you are more likely to treat your team members the same way you had been treated. Same goes in schools and every other hierarchy. Carl Sagan, a humble polite human being who taught the world to be polite saying the phrase "a pale blue dot".
