I hate all the Neil hate. I believe a lot of it is passed down; a lot of comments dissing Neil. I love the way he talks, he makes things more interesting than they are. I liked him as a kid because he has a soothing voice and can spark your curiosity by how he speaks.

Exactly. Because the consciousness is so powerful and a lot of the books cover the same topics on it but add an extra piece of data for their own research or purpose or interpretation. We know the concrete topics of consciousness but theirs much more we dont know. The books are theories mostly that allow us to interpret, utilize critical thinking, keep an open mind on ideas other than our owns, while playing into what we know to be factual. It’s all in the name of research and the scientific method stems out of that.

I enjoy Dr. Tyson's, analysis, and explanations of simple things. His referencing of various books, and, human consciousness is also interesting. However, I have to just say that Neuroscientists are starting to grasp more knowledge, concerning mysteries of the human mind. A vast frontier that is waiting to be tapped.

Consciousness is directly meaningful to how we experience reality. Makes sense that they would sell better, especially in these confused times. In everyday life, for basically all people on earth, stars are just dots of light in the sky.
