It seems very promising for me, but I hope the NPCs have a decent personality. I like the surprise of unintended interactions in life sims and that's something the Sims 4 truly lacks. Everything was too easy and other sims always went along with what you wanted to do.

I wish we could have optional questlines in this kind of games... so it could have a more narrative-driven aspect... help a neighbor to achieve something, save or destroy an existing romance, etc. They could add or renovate quests every few months

The great thing about this game is the fact that it’s on pc. The modding community will get a hold of it and make many mods to enhance the gameplay that everything that’s left out will be implemented at some point. This is why I love pc games! To all of you mod genius’s out there, serious thanks for your hard work!

What I look for in gameplay is the interactions between characters and realism. Do zois get angry when you cheat? Can you help kids with homework? Do zois get upset when the house is dirty? Do other zois react when you punch someone? If your zoi is a vegetarian, do they refuse meat?

Pregnant women can do sports…maybe not when they’re 9 months pregnant but for the first 2/3 of the pregnancy you can work out or jog or whatever as long as your pregnancy isn’t high risk

Definitely agree that there needs to be presets for body and facial features. Having the change the whole face preset isn't practical

Performance wise their minimum GPU requirement is a card from 2019, and max a card from 2020. I think people forget that The Sim 4 came out 10 years ago, ofc its easy to run.

As a firefighter paramedic, I figured best would be jobs require x amount of days, and you play them first day and to earn promotion points to meet the requirement once you have enough days to promote; also based on job performance while playing.

But I haven't gotten hands on, the life sim looks awesome overall and jobs and hopefully strong modding, can flesh out careers (though I have low expectations, just enjoy the execution!)

Would be cool to have a mildly in depth job system; meds, drug calc, pathology knowledge for patients and of course fire tactics; in a simple form. But who knows, we'll see.

my main concern is that sure while the game looks gorgeous fidelity wise it looks way to clean, no grit and no style too shiny too sanitized, very similar to the sims 4 this game gives me the vibe of a world where everything is perfect and nice and that feels very soulless to me

Finally, the thing I hated the most in sims 4 was the "jobs" would be your character disappearing offscreen. Being able to actually DO the jobs is a game changer

AWESOME review! These are some of my thoughts on what you said:
1) Character Creation: Agree wanting an easier way to get to the body editor and vice versa, would love more presets for every body part as well, especially jaw, cheek, eye and nose presets. I want to be able to make the butt, hips, chest, shoulders bigger, I just imagine they are trying to avoid clipping & texture issues with such customizable outfits. I also don't think all characters look Korean, I was able to diversify a lot.. (but like you said maybe it's a individual person thing)

2) WASD: 100% about using "E" to activate things, that in combination with using arrows keys, numpad or something like the scroll wheel to go through options would complete the game for me! They would need to test what keys to use for these actions to find out what is the most intuitive for users. The best way I can describe this is something like the indie farming sim/RPG SunnySide.

3)Pregnancy... if the zoi has a high fitness skill.. they should still be able to play sports while pregnant (maybe not in their latest trimester).

Hey, I didn't know you before the Inzoi videos, but I can see you take great pride in what you do. Your takes are honest and constructive. I got emotional when you spoke about outside responsibilities and how you made time to go through with this game, because it really shows that you are a dedicated individual, but overall, very transparent. At the beginning of this video still, but wanted to pause to say I really appreciate you going over your system set up, showing us on screen, and giving us a good picture of how this game and graphics worked with something that might be a little high end, but also outdated. That's just such a good way to let people know what to potentially expect, given how you were able to experience the game. Thank you for that!

for me, gameplay is the most important thing, so Im most excited to see that in the fullgame. I hope to see a lot more consequences and negative parts of the gameplay actions. But grad you like it, Im excited to play myself!
