Thank you for the video. I also have a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and wanted to make 2 racks of baby back ribs from Sams Club quick and easy as you described in your video. I planned on going your route of 275 degrees but I had a mishap. I accidently left the door slightly open after putting in the ribs to start the cook. I didn't notice until 45 minutes in. I saw the smoker was reading only 180 degrees.
I temped the ribs at that point and to my surprise they were at around 120 or so. I closed the door and let the smoker get up to 275 and cooked for another hour. The ribs were pulled after that hour at 185ish. I sauced them and wrapped them in foil and cooked them for another half hour. I finished the ribs with another glaze of BBQ sauce and used my searing torch to bind and firm up the sauce on the ribs and give it that little char!!! Hands down my mishap yesterday produced the very best ribs I have made in years!!!! I will have to try and replicate it again...but by design!!!!

Thanks for this video. I have the Masterbuilt 30" Propane smoker that I got last weekend and today was the second time I used it.
Followed right along with this (even had the Baby Ray's already) and wasn't to sure what to expect but they came out great. I didn't even like spare ribs until today!!!! I was making for my wife. Did have a hard time keeping the smoker at a constant temp. but it is 38 degrees F and wind 10-15 gusty to 30 but I just hung in there...ha, ha Thanks, look forward to trying some of your other videos - mw

Nice video! Just a heads up...The Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce I have in my pantry has "high fructose corn syrup" as it's first ingredient.

Planning on doing 4 racks for a a large group of people while on vacation.. would this be doable in the MES? Would I be able to keep rotating the racks to keep the temp as close as possible? Or would you not recommend attempting that? Lol don't want to put all that time into it if the results will be disappointing

I’m not a 3-2-1 fan anymore. I go about 260 not wrap 3 hours to about 200 internal with just a little bbq sauce. I like a drier rib sauce-wise. Good video. The brown sugar and honey isn’t for me.

Just cook till done!?!
I want that tender rib
The smoking process is not to be rush it is an artform
You should have just boiled them and then put them in the oven with liquid smoke
